Our rates are very affordable and starts at $2200/mo for all the services mentioned above in a shared room and our private room starts at $2700/mo. We offer services for ambulatory and non ambulatory residents. Both facilities have dementia and hospice waiver. Our Bridgeway lakes facility has bedridden waiver as well.
